Director, Corporate Counsel

Delaware OH Director, Corporate Counsel Duties: Providing practical legal advice and counsel that furthers business strategies and objectives. Drafting and negotiating commercial, technology, and real estate contracts, including related term sheets and letters of intent. Managing litigation and regulatory claims, including resolving pre-litigation disputes, developing litigation strategies and management of outside counsel and.
