New York City NY Attorney-Intellectual Property The candidate will support the intellectual property (IP) department and will focus on clearance of product names, designs and marketing materials, as well as building and protecting the IP portfolio. This role will provide IP law support across all L brands retail brands including Victorias Secret, Pink, Bath & Body Works and White Barn Candle Co. The individual will interface with organizational partners at all levels in support of domestic and international business initiatives. Partner with internal teams across the brands to review products, names, designs and marketing materials to ensure compliance with trademark and copyright laws. Oversee trademark clearance and offer recommendations to internal business partners on risk mitigation and potential conflicts. Support IP team members with management of a large, global trademark and copyright portfolio including oversight of domestic and international conflict matters.
