Conduct oversight and internal training to assure compliance with intellectual property rights of third-parties. Experience in technology product development and software consulting. Software development background, including the ability to read/write/understand several programming languages. Knowledge of Oracle and/or SAP software products is desirable. Experience in intellectual property litigation a plus. Admission to practice before the USPTO a plus. Ability to work remotely when not physically present at primary place of employment. Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, as described above and as modified from time to time based on the needs of the Company. Strong written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to participate in conference calls, meetings with third-parties, and presentations to the Companys Executive Officers.
