The candidate should have a J.D. from an accredited law school. Member in good standing of the State Bar of California. Experience conducting California wage audits and advising on California wage and hour compliance required. Experience defending California wage and hour claims, including single plaintiff litigation and Labor Commissioner claims, PAGA actions, and class/collective actions strongly preferred.
