New York City NY Employment Counsel The candidate will report into the Chief Counsel - Employment, Compensation, and Benefits. Will support the Human Resources team, as well as other key stakeholders, to enable the company to operate within applicable legal and regulatory parameters. Provide practical and business-oriented legal advice and counseling on a range of employment issues, including: hiring, performance management, employee relations, terminations, leaves of absence and accommodations, wage and hour, internal investigations, compensation, benefits, and privacy.
