Develop legal expertise in other major areas of aviation related law and regulations, domestic and international, that most commonly affect the Company. Provide legal support to the Companys IT Security Division. Review and advise on labor contract agreements. Manage (including supervision of outside counsel) legal disputes, such as arbitrations and other forms of ADR, litigation, and administrative hearings with regulatory agencies.
