Senior Principal Environmental Attorney

Minneapolis MN Senior Principal Environmental Attorney The candidate will handle duties that include: Providing legal advice and ensuring compliance with environmental laws, regulations and permits. Providing advice on environmental contracts, including waste services contracts, access agreements and consultant contracts, various types of contracts with environmental risk, and assisting with environmental due diligence in connection with acquisitions. In addition, having a significant understanding of the company's various businesses and in particular the environmental aspects of those businesses is an important component of this role.
