Supports Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) engagement including advocating on EPA's precedent setting policies and proposed regulations that will impact every aspect of the chemical business from regulations at the plant to the products that customers can sell to the market. Collaborates with other chemical and businesses in federal, state, and local advocacy groups on legislation and regulatory matters impacting the chemical industry.
