Senior Compliance Counsel

New York City NY Senior Compliance Counsel Duties: Conduct internal investigations and manage global internal investigations process, driving data collection and analysis, reviewing documents, preparing interview outlines, conducting interviews, completing investigation reports, and ensuring completion of remediation working with HR and management. Be responsible for other internal investigators in a matrix environment, driving investigation metrics, conducting training, and analyzing trends and reports delivered to senior management. Manage and work with Finance to lead annual Compliance Risk Assessment process and Anti-Corruption Program audits, conducting periodic internal reviews to ensure that compliance procedures are followed. Work with Legal & Compliance Department senior management to identify subject matter areas where training is required, creating training decks, scripts, and related programs for delivery to a global or targeted audience. Assist with development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Legal & Compliance programs, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications: JD Degree with 5+ years of internal investigation experience. 4+ years of writing and editing experience in a global business environment. Experience interacting with all levels of management, including senior leadership. Experience working with attorneys in a fast-paced, demanding legal department or equivalent environment. Detailed knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat. Policy writing experience, solid understanding of SharePoint and EthicsPoint are preferred. Spanish language fluency, managing other associates, and experience working with LMS technology are a plus. Experienced creating and managing online and in-person training programs. Able to effectively multitask and can adapt to change and re-prioritize tasks and/or projects on short notice. Able to connect with associates across all levels of the organization. Organized, detail oriented, creative, and collaborative. Able to work in a global environment with associates from around the globe.

New York City NY Associate Counsel (Policy Compliance / Health & Safety) The candidate will acquire and demonstrate substantive mastery of the CBA and league policies regulating the conduct of clubs and players. Track a docket of pending Personal conduct Policy Violation. Assist in the investigation of potential policy violations and litigate hearings to enforce compliance with the Policies. Draft and review policy directives for NFL players and Clubs. Oversee the on-field discipline appeal process. Administer Anti-Tampering Policy and Remittance Policies; counsel clubs on obligations. Review data and prepare reports regarding the administration of NFL policies. Assist in the development of operations manuals for various policies and League functions. Interact with outside law firms, consultants and others involved in the administration of NFL policies and/or litigation. Assist in negotiations with the NFL Players Association. Prepare legal memoranda for clubs regarding policy obligations. Independently develop and maintain working relationships with club counsel and NFLPA representatives. Bachelor's degree is required. Law Degree, J.D. degree is required. Should have 5+ years of compliance and/or litigation experience with several years working for a federal government prosecution/enforcement agency or top law firm. Experience directing and cross-examining witnesses and engaging in oral argument in judicial or arbitration proceedings is required. First-chair experience is preferred. Experience managing and developing support team is required. Familiarity with NFL and other sports labor relations history is required. Data Compliance Product Counsel

New York City NY Data Compliance Product Counsel Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with U.S. and international laws and regulations dealing with privacy, data protection, and more. Manage legal oversight of compliance offerings, scoping and design, go-to-market strategy, partnerships, and ongoing support. Provide prompt legal advice to teams (e.g., Engineering, Product Management, Audit, Office of the Chief Information Security Officer, Privacy, Global Affairs and Public Policy, etc.) on legal requirements for an evolving commercial and regulatory landscape. Support commercial teams to draft agreements templates to address evolving customer or regulatory requirements. Engage with external audiences (e.g., customers, auditors, and regulators) to explain Cloud's compliance strategy and product solutions.

Qualifications: J.D. or equivalent degree. 5 years of attorney-level experience in a law firm or in-house legal department. Admitted to the Bar in which position is located and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law (i.e. registered in-house status). Preferred qualifications: Relevant work experience in SaaS, cloud computing, or enterprise software. Demonstrated experience advising customers in a fast-paced and changing environment. Experience responding to regulator requests and navigating supervisory audits or examinations. Experience designing and implementing cross-functional programs/processes to meet legal requirements. Experience driving complex projects across multiple time zones and stakeholder groups. Experience with global privacy laws (i.e., European and U.S. law).
