Contracts Counsel

Cambridge MA Contracts Counsel The candidate will responsible for providing legal advice and support in all aspects of commercial contracting across the Pharma Services business on either a global or regional basis. The present role will have an initial focus on supporting the Viral Vector Services and Microbial Manufacturing Services businesses within Pharma Services, which provide development and clinical manufacturing services in the fields of cell/gene therapy and live biotherapeutic products. Directly drafting, reviewing and negotiating client development and manufacturing services contracts; supporting and advising the Contracts Management team in reviewing and negotiating contracts; advising on various other commercial agreements (e.g., procurement, consulting arrangements, &c.); contributing to the development of contract templates and playbooks for use across Pharma Services; working to resolve client relationship issues as may be assigned, and such other duties as assigned. Watertown MA Associate Director / Director, Contracts Counsel The candidate will be responsible for: Preparation and negotiation of contracts, including: CRO master service agreements, clinical trial agreements (US and ROW), development and manufacturing agreements, sponsored research agreements, consulting agreements, confidential disclosure agreements, and material transfer agreements, and license and collaboration agreements, independently, as well as in coordination with external counsel. Cambridge MA Senior Manager/Associate Director, Contracts Counsel Duties: Draft, review, negotiate, and interpret a high volume and wide range of agreements, including clinical trial, confidentiality, material transfer, services, consulting, and sponsored research agreements. Provide consistent legal advice on pharmaceutical product discovery, clinical trials, and research and development legal issues.
