Wilmington NC Associate Counsel Contracts Duties: Prepares, negotiates and finalizes PPD clinical service agreements; site/investigator clinical trial agreements and/or other related documentation; assess legal risks and provides recommendations and alternative mitigating resolutions to departmental management. Make recommendations to Executive Management with regard to risks, strategies and recommendations.
