Calabasas CA Contracts Attorney The candidate will advise business stakeholders on a variety of initiatives, projects, and complex contractual relationships through the various stages of the contracting process, from strategy/planning and RFP through execution and implementation. Draft and negotiate other types of agreements as needed. Provide legal advice to internal teams on contract matters, including structuring, contract interpretation, compliance and enforcement, risk assessment, and legal and regulatory compliance. Partner closely with company departments to address current needs and anticipate future areas of growth. Participate in the development, implementation and monitoring of contracting policies, procedures and programs, working closely with and partnering with the VP, Legal. Resolve legal and compliance issues using negotiation skills and expertise; negotiate with sophisticated counterparties.
