Mountain View CA Commercial Law/Contracts Attorney (contract role) The candidate will be drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, including inbound and outbound content licensing agreements, inbound and outbound technology licensing and service provider agreements, software, services agreements, sponsorship agreements, marketing and cloud services agreement and the like. Analyzing proposed legislation and regulations relevant to the content division and preparing internal memoranda summarizing same.

The candidate should have excellent academic credentials, including a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school. Admission in good standing to a state bar (CA strongly preferred). 3-7 years' of relevant experience. Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts. Experience in privacy, intellectual property law and licensing preferred. Interest in and knowledge of media, technology and intellectual property law.
