Counsel, Government Business Segment Regulatory Counsel

Nashville TN Counsel, Government Business Segment Regulatory Counsel The candidate will protect and facilitate the growth of the Government Business Segment, with an emphasis on Medicare programs. Prepare various internal and external intercompany agreements to facilitate enterprise growth initiatives and ensure compliance. Review and draft contracts, company policies, workflow processes and other operational documents necessary to facilitate the growth and scaling of the company operations. Maintain knowledge of current and emerging healthcare regulations, and regulatory and enforcement environment affecting the business to minimize risk; with a focus on guidance, regulations and trends from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
