New York City NY Legal & Compliance - IRBD Fund Formation Attorney, Vice President Duties: Serve as the main point person regarding advice on fund formation legal matters throughout all stages for fundraising for Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure and Tactical Opportunities fund products. Assist and coordinate with outside counsel and business groups on legal matters relating to capital formation / fundraising and fund related issues with respect to investments . Interact closely with IRBD, business teams and Blackstone s fund formation legal team. Participate in structuring new products and other related product development initiatives. Assist in updating and revising of investment vehicles offering materials. Assist in the review of investor communications and responses to investor inquiries. Assist investment and business groups in structuring and facilitating new investments in various parts of capital structure.

Qualifications: 5-7 years out of law school spent practicing fund formation law. In-house fund formation lawyer or from a law firm with a fund formation practice. Must have technical experience and fundamental understanding of draw down funds. Experience with open ended funds is not required but would be very helpful. Experience drafting fund documentation. Someone to be an issue spotter, practical thinker and problem solver. Desire to work as part of a collaborative team and willingness to embrace a variety of issues.

New York City NY Regulatory Counsel - Anti-Money Laundering, Economic Sanctions, and Export Control The candidate will be responsible for supporting the Company s AML, Economic Sanctions, and Export Control programs and associated activities in the U.S. and globally. Responsibilities include: interpreting and advising on Bank Secrecy Act and global AML regulations, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC and global economic sanctions regulations, and export control regulations; advising on appropriate second-line-of-defense activities pertaining to these regulations; create and manage associated regulatory submissions and filings and reporting on regulatory requirements internally and in public filings; monitoring, reporting and influencing the AML. economic sanctions, and export control regulatory environment in the payments sector; evaluating business proposals for AML, economic sanctions, and export control regulatory compliance; supporting government relations outreach to legislators and regulatory agencies, including advising on applicable political law-related requirements. Will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing project documents (e.g., PPAs, netback agreements, O&M and construction contracts, concessions), transaction structures, and financing documents, and coordinating with outside counsel as needed. Assist with transactions in our growing fund finance credit ratings businesses. Knowledge of fund financing structures or fund formation documentation a plus.
