Principal Counsel - Privacy (infosec)

New York City NY Principal Counsel - Privacy (InfoSec) The candidate will advise on cybersecurity incident response and related legal requirements. Advise, draft, and negotiate privacy and data security terms in contract negotiations with internal and external service providers and vendors. Advise regarding the privacy and data security issues associated with the TWDC consumer payments program and with related contract negotiation.
