Director, Senior Attorney, Data Privacy And Cybersecurity

Fort Worth TX Director, Senior Attorney, Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Duties: Collaborate with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Privacy Office on all cybersecurity incident response activities, including continually updating the incident response plan, advising the incident response team in real time with containing and remediating potential incidents, and determining legal and reputational risks and requirements associated with all potential incidents. Partner with the CISO and Privacy Office on the Company's cybersecurity and data protection strategy and assist IT and the business with the implementation of the strategy at all levels. Support the Privacy Office in conducting data privacy impact and risk assessments for new and existing business processes that involve the processing of personal data. Provide legal advice to all levels of the Company, including senior leadership, on all cybersecurity and data privacy issues. Work with the enterprise data team on implementing and maturing our data governance capabilities. Create and/or update enterprise-wide policies, procedures and standards for the responsible collection, use, and protection of personal data.
