San Francisco CA Privacy Attorney The candidate will be responsible to provide support for commercial agreements dealing with data privacy issues. Provide proactive strategic leadership and guidance on privacy and data security issues. Payments Privacy Senior Counsel

San Jose CA Payments Privacy Senior Counsel Duties: Will be the primary privacy advisor on all global payments privacy matters, especially related to payments, payment intermediation and payments license applications. Will serve as the primary privacy advisor to the legal and business teams in these areas and will directly interface with the applicable legal and business team responsible for general legal compliance of products involving personal information.
