Irvine CA Corporate Counsel, Privacy Responsibilities: Be a resident expert and resource on issues related to M&A privacy and data protection. Evaluate the risks posed by the privacy and data security practices of acquisition targets in light of Salesforces compliance obligations, internal policies, and business strategies; communicate findings clearly and effectively to internal stakeholders at the highest levels of the company; and assist in negotiating legal protections to address identified risks. Develop and improve privacy-related acquisition processes and training materials; deliver training and communications relating to M&A privacy issues and legal developments to the Privacy team.
