International Corporate Governance And Securities Counsel

New York City NY International Corporate Governance and Securities Counsel The candidate will collaborate with Executives, Finance, People Operations, Legal Ninjas, and other global teams to anticipate, implement and/or address international corporate governance and equity compensation matters. Will anticipate, action and own U.S. and global corporate governance matters, such as international entity formation and compliance, regulatory filings, and board and shareholder actions. Serve as a point of contact to other parts of the business, answering questions about our various global entities, and helping other teams implement the roll-out of various finance, accounting, banking, Immigration and employment-related matters.
