Associate Counsel, Immigration

Tacoma WA Associate Counsel, Immigration Candidate will: Provide legal and strategic immigration advice, including helping to establish corporate immigration policies and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Manage a high-volume workload of immigration cases, including the drafting and filing of extensions and amendments and working with outside counsel to draft and prepare complex employment-based visa petitions and applications. Provide legal advice regarding immigration issues, including H-1B, J-1, PERM labor certification, and immigrant visa petitions.
