Wealth Management Fiduciary Segment Manager The candidate will have overall responsibility across a Trust Center or a region. Typically oversees the largest and most complex trust business. Accountable for the performance of a business unit including expense management (including budget), revenue management and risk management. Assigns accounts and ensures relationships are managed according to fiduciary policies and procedures to ensure satisfactory audits and service standards are met. Also responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and ensuring training and development of trust team members. Provides fiduciary oversight and answers the most complex questions regarding taxability, document interpretation and fiduciary risk management. May review documents, negotiate fees and approve discretionary distributions up to appropriate amounts. Will report to a Trust Center Director.

The candidate should have a B.A./B.S. degree in Business. MBA or J.D. degree is preferred. CTFA, CFP, CPA or similar industry designation is desired. Must have 7+ years of financial or trust industry experience and 5+ years experience managing direct reports. Should also have 7+ years experience in a position requiring extensive knowledge of trust, fiduciary law, and federal regulations. Experience managing, hiring, coaching and developing direct reports is essential. Should have demonstrated abilities to work with the Senior Leadership and in building strong partnerships to assure seamless service delivery to client. Experience working with Senior Leadership establishing and implementing strategic direction is essential. Experience in managing other managers and team members is needed. Should have exceptional fiduciary trust knowledge and experience. Prior experience managing a P&L is required. Established knowledge of trust, fiduciary law, and federal regulations is desired. Working experience with a Middle Office delivery model for Fiduciary Services is preferred. Relationship management experience is desired. Should be flexible to travel within the US.
