Asset Management Oversight & Control- LATAM AML/KYC Quality Assurance Analysis -Associate Duties: Effectively partner with lines of business and business quality control groups to solicit information and mitigate risk. Provide advisory oversight on, in-house quality and other control functions including program content, scope of populations to be sampled, metric definitions, sampling methodology, test questions, risk ratings, report formats, corrective actions and data management. Enhance operational effectiveness while maintaining favorable partner satisfaction ratings. Analyze data and reports to derive performance improvement opportunities, isolate root causes, and collaborate on viable solutions to drive variation out of operational processes. Meet and/or exceed internal QA service level and performance metrics.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. JD Degree is a plus. 2-3 years' experience in AML space such as KYC, investigations, and/or testing. Language required: English and strong ability to speak, write, and read Portuguese language. Must be results driven, have attention to detail, and skilled at diplomatically breaking down barriers and obstacles. Focused on delivering a seamless and smooth "client experience" regardless of the complexity of the internal Asset Management infrastructure, policies, procedures and systems. A "can do" attitude is a must with a passion for driving best practices. Ability to successfully influence many different groups and individuals to deliver high quality and timely deliverables. Ability to directly address conflicts and escalate issues where appropriate. Strong ability to identify issues. Maintains a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize/multi-task. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. Strong sense of accountability and ownership over "Quality" and end-to-end best practices around the quality assurance process. Ability to successfully navigate a complex infrastructure that involves numerous groups and individuals. Review and hold individuals responsible for performance metrics and service level agreements. Excellent analytical, problem solving, and time management skills. Adaptable, flexible and willing to work in a dynamic environment. Demonstrated experience as a key contributing member of a high performing organization. Proficiency in accessing systems, platforms, applications and data repositories in multiple lines of business. Strong sense of urgency in responding to escalated issues, rapidly changing priorities and adverse performance. Rapid response to executive management requests for Ad hoc analysis and reporting.
