HR Manager The candidate will develop and execute people leveraging strategies / plans / actions that align with Structurals Division Business needs; assign targets and metrics designed to measure level of success. Manage data, review trends, project needs relating to organizational talent, retention requirements, resource availability; develop and implement requisite actions that link data to business needs through. Human Capital Planning Implement policies and practices that leverage the value of diversity in the workplace; utilize demographic data to drive priorities regarding actions and Resources Retain ownership and accountability for the Human capital aspect of the business; strategize headcount management and people development investments for the company's Structurals business. Implement Human Resource functional excellence throughout the division and individual businesses; integrate lean thinking and practices into key processes relating to talent acquisition, benefit administration, performance management and organizational learning Mentor, counsel, and serve as an integral leader within the company's Portland Structurals HR Leadership Team.

The candidate should have BA/BS in Human Resources, Business or related area of study. JD Degree or a Master's degree in HR, MBA, certification or advanced education/training in HR or law Fortune 500 or similar large organizational structure preferred. Must have 5-7 years of Top Business/Plant leadership experience in a progressive work environment. Leadership experience in a manufacturing plant environment; working knowledge of employment law and legal background. Experience in one or more of the following areas: employee engagement, employment law, compensation, benefits, talent management or organization development/design. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to act effectively both autonomously and in a team setting required. Demonstrated learning agility; desire to continuously improve HR practices. Successful navigation through and experience working at a Fortune 500 company.
