Corporate Attorney The candidate will provide hands-on legal counsel and representation for a major international heavy civil and infrastructure construction contractor which is heavily involved with substantial design/build and public-private partnership projects (P3) both domestically and internationally. Responsibilities: Contract Administration; Drafting and negotiation of agreements; Claims preparation/defense; Dispute resolution; Perform job duties while maintaining Lane values. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and 5-7 years of practical relevant experience required. Admission to a State Bar required. Substantial experience with public-private partnerships is a major plus. Broad construction law experience in the public sector necessary with both transactional and dispute resolution experience required. Proficiency with complex design/build and other alternative delivery systems required. International experience including corporate governance and compliance a plus. Project finance a plus. Federal procurement background a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Substantial hands-on experience with complex procurement including design/build, public private partnerships (P3), and other alternative delivery systems required. Proficiency with the drafting, negotiation, and administration of prime contracts, design agreements, major subcontracts, concession agreements and other ancillary agreements required. Strong: organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks; interpersonal management skills required.
