Counsel IV - Capital Finance The candidate responsibilities will include the following: advise on a wide range of commercial finance issues; create and update documentation templates; advise on issues of reputational, operation and legal risk; provide line of business support for compliance issues; coordinate legal research relating to international business; perform legal due diligence for new or modified products; coordinate litigation and workout support with other Law Department colleagues; manage outside counsel relationships; delegate work to and supervise junior attorneys and paralegals. Must have 10+ years of experience as a practicing attorney. Should have active State Bar membership. Extensive knowledge and understanding of research, counsel, and guidance on complex legal questions or inquiries is preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills is desired. Asset-based lending and factoring/supply chain finance experience is a plus. International commercial lending experience is helpful. Major law firm and/or in-house experience with a financial institution is preferred. Deadline: 11/20/2017
