Legal Counsel - Employment Law The candidate will support the company and its management by collaborating and consulting with insurance and legal counsel throughout the company in order to ensure full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and protection against external risk. Provide proactive legal advice to senior management and other internal clients regarding employment issues. Develop preventive strategies in order to reduce risk across multiple functions. Create and manage litigation relationships with external legal partners. Prepare and review arguments. Research laws and regulations. Respond to government agency employment related charges and audit requests. Juris Doctorate, with licensing in at least one state and 3-5 years of legal practice experience in employment law including FLSA experience required. Litigation experience desired. Experience in immigration law and employment law counseling experience preferred.
