Associate Director, Corporate Counsel - Global Technical Operations

Associate Director, Corporate Counsel - Global Technical Operations The candidate develops thorough understanding of and familiarity with the Company s business, products and supply chain operations and utilizes that knowledge in supporting internal clients. Reviews existing agreements to determine necessary updates to account for current business needs. Supports contract review and negotiation of new framework agreements. Assists in development and implementation of compliance initiatives necessary to support the business. Maintains current understanding of laws and regulations applicable to supply chain operations. Develops, manages and oversees implementation of policies, procedures and processes related to supply chain operations. Manages compliance training records and conduct and/or track annual, routine and new hire training. Assists with Legal and Compliance training and communications planning and strategy. Supports other Legal and Compliance projects and initiatives as may be assigned by this person s direct supervisor and/or the head of the Legal Department.

The candidate should have a JD degree or equivalent as well as Bar admission and active membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state Bar. Must have 2-5 years legal experience. Due diligence and/or comprehensive document review experience preferred. Should have 3+ years of experience as a member of a global or business unit specific Compliance Department, or equivalent experience. Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry (Legal and/or Compliance) experience preferred. Experience advising company management regarding programs and policies needed.
