Associate General Counsel, Ip Litigation

Associate General Counsel, IP Litigation The candidate will manage and drive strategy for multiple IP litigations - including cases involving patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets - from start to finish. Will collaborate with and manage outside counsel. Advise the company on IP litigation related issues. Coordinate and actively participate in internal discovery activities. Work extended hours when necessary to complete projects in a timely fashion.

The candidate should have J.D. degree and membership in one State Bar. Must have 8+ years of IP litigation experience from a law firm and/or in-house. Experience in a technical field is required. Experience managing IP litigations is required. Must have experience working with cross-functional teams. Previous experience with web-based technologies and/or consumer hardware is preferred. Trial experience is preferred.
