Attorney, Contracts The candidate will work well in groups sharing the responsibilities, capable of analyzing, drafting, negotiating, and managing these types of agreements for a semiconductor company. Responsibilities will include: Providing analysis, review, drafting, negotiation, and interpretation of contract language for non-disclosure agreements and software license agreements; Manage team email queue by responding to inquiries; prepare forecast of upcoming software license renewals; Review and negotiate contracts (domestic and international) related to the licensing of software and the provision of related services; Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders (sales, procurement, business units, tax, etc.) to achieve critical objectives while assuring corporate guidelines and transactional objectives are met.

The candidate should have J.D. degree from an A.B.A. accredited law school. Must be member of Arizona state Bar. Should have 2-3 years experience in contract negotiation. Must have experience working with customers both internal and external. Experience with Selectica or equivalent document repository is required. Should have working knowledge of SharePoint workflow. Must have advanced Microsoft Office skills. This position requires high attention to detail and follow-through, strong and effective professional communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to anticipate common patterns of negotiation and advise internal customers on basic strategic planning to manage or respond to those common patterns, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and work efficiently.
