Corporate Counsel I or II DUTIES: Advises the officers and middle management, and its subsidiaries, on the legal issues involved in matters and on the structuring and handling of commercial transactions and other related corporate business activities. Anticipates and guards against legal risks facing the company. Review, interpret, draft and negotiate contracts and project documents for transactions. Manages outside counsel in legal matters in which they are engaged. Conducts or participates in educational and training seminars and workshops for employees. Conducts and coordinates research into a variety of legal issues.As needed, may develop and recommend company and/or operating policy and procedural improvements and assists in various other assignments as requested by General Counsel or Associate General Counsel.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and JD degree from an accredited United States college or university in accordance education policy. Must be a member in good standing of a state bar and be willing to seek admission to the Florida Bar. 3+ years legal experience. Preferred: 5 years of legal experience in commercial transactions. Must be multi-task oriented and have the capability to balance said duties in a high-profile, fast paced working environment. Good drafting, oral and written communication and interpersonal skills required.
