Corporate Counsel Job The candidate will provide legal services, primarily to leadership staff of the company, its affiliates, and to other Department staff on various legal issues including but not limited to: contracts, patient care issues, regulatory compliance, accreditation, clinical research, and hospital policies. Develop and administer educational materials and programs pertaining to legal issues. Maintain an effective working relationship with legal counsel representing various strategic partners. Collaborate with Associate General Counsel on program management.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctorate degree. A minimum of three(3) years experience as a Corporate Counsel required. License to practice law in the state of Wisconsin is required. General knowledge of corporate law, particularly in a healthcare setting. Must have the ability to work both closely with a team, as well as independently. Ability to exercise flexibility and be a self-starter. Strong verbal and written communication, planning, problem solving, and change management skills, as well as strong skills in personal diplomacy desired. Working knowledge of Word.
