Contracts Attorney Responsibilities: Contributes to development of company procedures and processes to achieve goals in creative and effective ways. Subject matter expert in areas of responsibility. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining required results. Provides escalation assistance; recommends potential solutions to issues; follows established escalation procedures; resolves complex issues. Drafts and negotiates agreements to achieve satisfactory resolution with the client, while also protecting interests. Frequently interacts with management and functional peer groups. Requires minimal supervision. Manages the client, project and vendor contract review, negotiation, and approval process with all operating business groups and corporate recruiting groups. Drafts and negotiates client, project, and vendor agreements. Responds to operating and recruiting group s questions as they relate to policies and procedures. Manages resolution of system and tool issues in a timely manner and provides training and guidance to new resources and business groups, as applicable. Evaluates tools, decisions, and results of the contract review processes in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of contract administration. Performs audits and assists management on projects, as requested, including M&A activities.

Qualifications: JD Degree. 5+ years experience. Significant experience negotiating and drafting contractual documents (mainly MSAs, NDAs, CSAs, SOWs with clients and vendors). Must have experience working with contracts, preferably in a consulting company. Experience with contract management applications a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience with Microsoft SharePoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Strong initiative and desire to excel. Detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
