Counsel 3 - Risk Management Consent Orders (COPO) The candidate will involve advising COPO in connection with the requirements and implementation of recent FRB, OCC and BCFP enterprise consent orders and related MRAs; developing and maintaining relationships with key internal and external constituencies, including senior business leaders, risk and compliance executives, and regulators; ensuring alignment with associated Risk efforts; and coordinating and reconciling perspectives from Legal Department team members supporting impacted lines of business, Risk, Regulatory Relations, Government Relations and Public Policy, and Audit. Must have 5+ years of experience as a practicing attorney and Active State Bar membership. Extensive knowledge and understanding of research, counsel, and guidance on complex legal questions or inquiries is desired. Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy skills. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skill is preferred. Effective organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skill is desired. Excellent strategic and analytical skill is desired. Deadline: 12 october, 2018.
