Contracts Attorney Full Time San Francisco, CA Are you looking for challenging work at a fast-paced and dynamic construction company? Come join ! We re looking for a talented junior attorney to support our team in the following ways: Negotiate, draft, and review/redline a variety of commercial contracts, in collaboration with Legal Counsel. Maintain and update all standard contract templates, and ensure their compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Provide day-to-day legal advice to the executive team and project managers on a wide range of commercial contract issues and regulatory matters that arise in new and existing commercial relationships. Basic Qualifications: J.D. and membership in good standing in California bar (will potentially consider exceptional candidates with bar results pending). Minimum 1 2 years legal experience at a law firm and/or in house. Strong commercial contract background. Experience in construction or real estate (preferred). Skills and Abilities: In addition to the above, a successful candidate will have the following: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize and manage time, with extreme attention to detail and accuracy. Hard working, self-motivated, with a proactive approach to determining and mitigating potential risk. Strong analytical skills; able to provide well-reasoned legal analysis on complex issues and pragmatic judgment in difficult situations.
