Senior Associate Counsel-Legal Investigations-Government Response Team

Senior Associate Counsel-Legal Investigations-Government Response Team Duties: Responsible for evaluating enterprise risk and coordinating responses to government requests for information. Communicate with the government on behalf of the Company and provide legal support to Global Investigations team that interact with the government. May also involve working on privileged internal investigations.

Qualifications: Law degree from an accredited law school. License to practice law in at least one state. 9 years legal experience post-degree. Experience managing a diverse workload. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and driving initiatives for improvement. Experience counseling executive leadership. Experience evaluating and assessing risk. Experience evaluating and assessing risk. Adept at working collaboratively across organizations. Ability to lead cross-functional projects and work collaboratively across organizations. Ability to develop and foster relationships with business clients. Ability to maintain and monitor corporate governance. Cultivates a work environment where associates respect and adhere to Company standards of integrity and ethics. Additional Preferred Qualifications: Significant prosecutorial experience and/or experience working with regulatory agencies/law enforcement. Experience responding to subpoenas or requests for information. Experience proving legal support to law enforcement agencies. Experience identifying, assessing and managing risk. Experience conducting investigations.
