Senior Counsel, Compliance The candidate will provide strategic direction and legal guidance to the firms Ethics and Compliance Program. Will also work collaboratively with the other divisions and corporate parent office of firm on building a one firm ethics and compliance program. Responsibilities will include, lead or support various internal investigations arising through the Ethics Hotline or various other intake methods including the Open Door Policy Assist in developing analytics based on root cause analyses and dash boarding capability to identify and prevent compliance risks Attend monthly HR compliance training calls and promote investigative skills development. Provide legal support for third-party due diligence background check program. Support cross-divisional compliance initiatives and work collaboratively with team members. Evaluate and re-mediate conflict of interest issues. Lead the creation of a policy management program and -compliance policy development -with assistance of various stakeholders. On behalf of CCI, lead cross-divisional compliance training initiatives regarding Code of Conduct and onboarding, including recommendations to management regarding budget, curriculum, tools and technologies consistent with Company brand and vision; work collaboratively with key stakeholders to drive results. Develop CCI compliance learning strategy and work collaboratively with other divisions and internal stakeholders. With other key stakeholders in Legal, support Government Contracting compliance initiatives Conduct internal employee investigations regarding allegations of policy violations and/or violations of laws and document concise findings and recommendations and work to ensure remediation is completed and documented. Provide strategic leadership to drive management program to ensure corporate records are in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements including data privacy, information security and litigation risks. Support various other ethics and compliance initiatives by working collaboratively and strategically to generate management buy in and resources support. Assist with development of Ethics and Compliance long range planning.

The candidate must have JD with 10+ years experience in the practice of law. Significant ethics and compliance law practice is needed. Must have exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to influence often without authority. Have a demonstrated strong analytical skills necessary to identify likely causes of employee issues, such as violation of company policy, law and/or fraud and to proactively take initiative to recommend and implement appropriate action in a timely and effective manner Have an ability to lead collaborative teams and to manage personnel Must be able to timely and accurately research federal and state laws and regulations impacting the business Employment law experience is a plus. Should have an excellent customer service skills, time management, attention to detail, project management. Must either be familiar with or able to learn quickly various tools and technologies in the Ethics and Compliance work space.
