Temporary Real Estate Attorney The candidate will draft and edit content for the product. Will draft and edit annotated commercial real estate form agreements. Draft and edit practical guidance articles written on commercial real estate topics. Draft checklists or other needed content on commercial real estate topics. Must have Law degree from an accredited law school. Should be member, in good standing, of Texas State Bar. Must have significant experience in commercial purchase and sales, financing, commercial leasing, residential and commercial landlord-tenant matters (including evictions), and foreclosures with at least 3 years AM Law 200 experience to draft practical guidance and annotated forms for an online legal product for transactional attorneys. Must have 5+ years of experience as a transactional real estate attorney (3 of which must have been at an AM Law 200 firm). Must have substantive experience in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial real estate documents for purchase and sale, financing and leasing transactions and substantive experience with unlawful detainer matters and landlord-tenant disputes. Experience with the foreclosure process from start to finish is essential. Excellent editing, legal research, analysis, and writing skills is essential. Must have effective written and oral communication skills.
