Associate Corporate Counsel The candidate will draft, review and negotiate contracts including non-disclosure, independent contractor, purchasing, and sales agreements. Will research legal issues, present findings, and make recommendations to company lawyers, legal staff, and clients. Manage external counsel. Work effectively with global legal and business colleagues. Support the company's legal staff on fast-paced and complex transactions. Provide practical, timely, and accurate legal advice. Work closely and effectively with General Counsel, other company legal staff, and employees of all levels and cultures within a global organization. Provide training on legal issues. Should have J.D. degree from an accredited law school, admission to State Bar, and ability to practice law in Oregon. Must have 2-5 years of experience practicing law in a law firm.
