Corporate Counsel The candidate responsibilities will include: Advising clients on New Mobility and digital commerce initiatives. Advising clients on State franchise law matters, including dealer network development and warranty administration. Advising on breach of warranty matters. Coordination with the Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary on matters pertaining to budget and capacities for the assigned areas of responsibility. Develop, implement, and administer Porsche Group policies, particularly those relevant to regulatory compliance matters, contract management, Management Rules, Group Directives, and/or litigation defense, to the extent they relate to the assigned areas of responsibility. Monitor laws, rules, and regulations and best practices affecting Porsches business in the assigned areas of responsibility and advise concerning changes in business practices required to conform to applicable law and best practices. Retain, monitor, and supervise outside counsel and consultants as needed to assist with matters in the assigned areas of responsibility. Undergraduate (B.A. or B.S.) and Law (J.D.) degrees from top institutions and unrestricted eligibility to practice law on behalf of a corporate employer in the State of Georgia are required. Admission to the bar of one of the 50 states is required. Should have 5+ years of experience, and between 7-10 years of experience is preferred. Automotive sector experience (including with Tier 1 suppliers), or other manufacturing industry experience is strongly preferred. Law firm candidates that have clients in the automotive sector are preferred.
