Litigation and Disputes Management Counsel Senior Manager The candidate will develop and present strategic options to senior business management for minimizing adverse legal and reputational risks to the company. Will handle litigation and dispute matters. Work with outside counsel, manage litigation and corporate investigations on day-to-day basis. Manage and supervise outside counsel, including managing budgets and work plans. Participate in and conduct corporate investigations on occasion. Work closely with corporate communications and government relations teams to manage reputational risks arising from disputes and litigation. Manage e-discovery and data preservation activities and underlying processes, procedures and legal obligations. Should have a J.D. degree from accredited law school. Must have 8+ years of law firm, in-house (or combined) experience. Ability to meet travel requirements when applicable is required.
