Immigration Counsel Responsibilities: Counsel internal clients on employment-based immigration programs and solutions to secure top global talent. Manage strategic advice for complex immigration matters relating to M&A, PERM labor certification strategy, and internal audit and compliance.
Qualifications: JD Degree or equivalent practical experience. Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law in California. 7 years of experience as an Attorney. 3 year of experience as an in-house attorney supporting immigration strategy. Preferred: 10 years of experience as an in-house attorney supporting immigration strategy.
