Assoc Corporate Counsel

Associate Corporate Counsel Duties: Structures, drafts, and negotiates complex commercial agreements and contracts of various size and scope. Works with, manages and leads multiple business teams to draft detailed and complex statements of work, contract amendment and renewals, and other key exhibits and documents. Advises executives within the company and works alongside employees in the Contract Logistics and Transportation Management unites in addition to Corporate Support functions. Advises executive team on contract status and legal risks in new commercial ventures. Manages various projects and tight deadlines.`

Requirements: JD Degree from a reputable university and membership in good standing with at least one state bar required. 2+ years of legal experience as a transactional attorney at a major law firm. Strong problem-problem solving skills with an ability to develop business-oriented solutions.
