Corporate Counsel The candidate will report directly to the company s General Counsel. Draft, review and revise a wide-range of contracts, including M&A, NDA and employment agreements. Research and continuous review of various state licensing laws and requirements. Provide in-depth analysis and application of various state/local statutes and regulations. Handle corporate formation and maintenance across the US. Assist with resolving various operational issues or legal-related questions from internal staff and medical practices. Manage and maintain corporate books for entire organization. Review and advise on various contract and related legal matters. Should have J.D. and admission to a Florida Bar or Authorized House Counsel (position is to be filled immediately). July 2019 bar examinees are encouraged to apply. 0-2 years of applicable experience is required.
