Corporate Attorney Duties: Develop a solid understanding of the Companys business processes and systems and provide counsel to internal stakeholders on technical compliance requirements related to the sale of products for Security Systems Division and the Microwave Products Division. Responsible for strategic direction, management and creation/revision of compliance documentation, delivery and maintenance of compliance training to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, policies, operating procedures, assessments and audits. Conduct comprehensive research and analysis and synthesize information into a clear interpretation of local, state and federal laws, regulations and business licensing requirements. Stay up to date on new and changing developments in applicable legal and regulatory requirements and leading the communication of relevant changes to internal stakeholders. Direct and manage documentation of key compliance decisions, new/revised legal and regulatory obligations and lead implementation of new or revised compliance controls or procedures. Establish/ maintain excellent communication and positive relationships with business partners to ensure successful outcomes concerning compliance obligations and strategic business objectives. Advise Human Resources, senior leaders and operational teams on matters involving the processing of employee personal data to help maintain compliant privacy and data protection practices across the organization and updated laws and procedures Help to ensure adherence to global privacy and data protection laws, while enabling the development and execution of business initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university and a JD Degree with membership in good standing with a United States State Bar. 3+ years of relevant legal, regulatory or business experience. Problem solving skills required with attention to detail while managing multiple high-priority projects at once. Ability to apply legal knowledge to practical business solutions. Superior written and verbal communication skills and able to present complex information in a concise and easy-to-understand manner. Enthusiasm and commitment to leadership and collaboration across stakeholder relationships. Experience interacting and working directly with/for internal/external business partners and able to influence others to take action.
