Project Counsel/Contracts Manager The candidate will be responsible to assist in negotiating, drafting, and reviewing contracts, dispute letters and compliance and any other legal issues that arise during the course of these projects. Assisting in complex litigation matters. Work collaboratively with other departments on a variety of employment, business development, and compliance issues that may arise on the projects. Must have Juris Doctor (JD).
