Part-Time Commercial Contracts Attorney The candidate will be responsible to review of internal and external contracts, agreements, leases, and other legal commitments to assure that the best interests of the Company are protected, and the matters covered reflect the business purpose desired by the Company. Serves as a resource to all Company departments, as the internal legal counsel, so that management personnel can have legal concerns and/or issues identified or clarified, and the interests of the Company properly protected. Maintenance of corporate contracts and other confidential corporate files. Special projects requested by the CEO and/or special requests from the shareholders of the Company. Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school is necessary. Licensed to practice in the State of Louisiana is required. 3+ years corporate law experience is needed.
