Immigration Attorney The candidate will manage an active caseload of 150+ cases; draft and review petitions and preparing supporting documents for employment-based nonimmigrant petitions: E-1/E-2, E-3, H-1B, TN, L-1, and B-1 petitions; prepare L-1 Blanket petitions, new office L-1s, and individual L-1 petitions; and preparing E-1/E-2 corporate registration applications; draft, review and revise PERM applications for submission with USDOL; manage recruitment process in support of test of U.S. labor market for USDOL filings; analyze recruitment results, and draft and revise summary of recruitment results of the test of U.S. labor market; review eligibility criteria and prepare immigrant petitions (I-140) and supporting applications for adjustment of status, Employment Authorization Document, and Advance Parole Document for submission to government; and use MSWord, MS Outlook, MS Excel, and detailed case management database system. Must have a J.D. and active license to practice in U.S. + 1 year of employment-based immigration law experience.
