Law Professor / Attorney - Real Property Duties: Reports to the Bar Review Product Manager and develops content for Bar exam product. Is fully responsible for independent question development, planning, and execution based on directives from onsite Bar exam team. Writes high-quality Bar exam questions with brief but comprehensive rationales. Generates content that reflects existing curriculum standards, up-to-date research, and standardized examination practices. Effectively adjusts content based on constructive feedback provided by onsite Bar prep team. Collaborates with management and team members to ensure production goals are met within given deadlines.

Qualifications: JD Degree from a first-rate law school. Top 25% of graduating class. Received top scores on the Bar exam (above 150 on MBE preferred). 4+ years of experience teaching Real Property or related subject as a law professor. 10+ years as an attorney practicing Real Property. Exceptional communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Superior writing skills with a strong grasp of grammar. Extensive knowledge of Bar exam curriculum. Proven ability to write high-quality Bar exam questions and explanations. Proficiency in MS Office/working knowledge of IT. Preferred: Experience writing Bar exam questions. Journal or law review experience.
