Employment & Investigations Counsel (B5) The candidate will be expected to have a solid foundation of employment and litigation experience and possess strong investigation skills to manage diverse, complex, and global projects. Will also play a critical role in coordination and project management between HR, Digital Forensics & Data Security, IT, and business clients. This includes participating in corporate strategy as well as in shaping policy, programs, and training on issues related to employee mobility, intellectual property, privacy, and data security. Manage and conduct offensive and defensive investigations, while collaborating with internal stakeholders and outside counsel to cost effectively and timely resolve matters. This includes managing all aspects of these matters, including strategy, early case assessment, matter resolution, and driving lessons learned into policy and process changes. Advise and counsel on employment issues. Serve as an advisor to managers regarding legal and compliance matters. Should have Juris Doctorate Degree, Should have 5+ years of experience (mixture of trade secret litigation or employment at top tier law firm and/or as in-house counsel). Demonstrated thought leader and expert in employee mobility and trade secret law, with experience conducting investigations and partnering with digital forensics and information security experts. Experience with multidisciplinary project teams or global initiatives. Should preferably have Experience in-house at technology company. Understanding of computer forensics.
