Real Estate Counsel The candidate will work on transactional matters (including real estate acquisitions/dispositions, development projects, joint ventures and Fund formations), operational matters (e.g., construction contracts, service agreements, dispute resolution). A minimum of 5 years of large firm experience is preferred.
