Privacy Counsel The candidate will oversee the privacy program, including the implementation and updating of privacy policies and procedures, workforce training, and monitoring/auditing activities. Advise cross-functional teams on broad variety of privacy issues. Lead the privacy compliance efforts under international, federal and state laws, including HIPAA, CCPA and other healthcare privacy requirements. Assist in developing and implementing privacy incident response plans. Help inform and shape the companys legislative efforts.
The candidate should have JD degree from top law school. Must have 5+ years of privacy experience. CIPP preferred. Extensive experience with privacy laws and regulations (healthcare experience preferred). Strong record of providing solution-focused advice.
