Corporate Counsel Duties: Provide legal guidance advising, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating client and supplier agreements with clients of cybersecurity offerings. Provide legal guidance on data privacy and information security provisions with healthcare clients and proactively advise executives on existing and emerging data privacy and information security laws. Specialized knowledge in cybersecurity and global healthcare privacy, including the GDPR, California Consumer Privacy Act, state information security statutes strongly preferred. Partner with the business to execute effective strategies to reduce risk. Supporting a broad workforce requires the best talent in every field.

Qualifications: JD Degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school. License to practice law in Missouri or ability to obtain license to practice as an in-house attorney based in Missouri. 2+ years of work experience as an Attorney. Preferred: 2 years of partner-track work experience in a top law firm or in-house work experience focused on cybersecurity and global healthcare privacy. Must have the ability to quickly and effectively manage a variety of assignments under time constraints and effectively prioritize workload based on business needs and strategic goals. Must have excellent oral and written communication and negotiation skills and you must have a commitment to a high level of ethics, professionalism, and confidentiality.
