Corporate Counsel DUTIES: Serve as primary lawyer for assigned business areas conducting operations in North America; Independently manage complex negotiations regarding a broad spectrum of matters; Draft, negotiate, and finalize a wide variety of commercial agreements; Manage the real estate legal work in North America through outside counsel; and Assist with additional tasks and projects as required, including commercial excellence initiatives and other significant business transactions.

REQUIREMENTS: JD degree and membership in good standing in at least one state Bar; 5+ years of law practice, either in-house or at a reputable law firm; Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; Broad and consistent experience drafting and negotiating a variety of business agreements; Proven ability to manage a large number and variety of mission-critical projects, working independently; Quick learner and willing to take on new tasks as needed; Experienced project manager who can lead others to deliver results; Sound and practical business judgment and a keen interest in deeply understanding the business; Consistent, responsive, high-quality legal service in a dynamic business environment; Experienced user of Microsoft Office; experience using Google Suite and contract management software a plus; and Limited travel required (less than 15 days per year).
