Corporate Counsel-Retail Wireless Sales The candidate will be drafting and negotiating agreements with sales network including dealers/retailers and DDPs and other relevant agreements. Review of incentive structures and business rules. Advising on and assisting with onboarding of new dealers / DDPs and solving legal issues discovered during diligence review. Assisting with other sales initiatives. Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of complex commercial contracts including cell site lease agreements, construction and deployment agreements, software license and services agreements, and equipment development and supply agreements. Counseling company's wireless group on various legal issues. Working closely with company's business team to accomplish company's goals and strategic objectives. Assisting with other responsibilities as needed.
The candidate should have Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university. Admitted to practice law in at least one state. Should have J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school with a law school class rank in the top 25%. Should have 4-8 years of experience drafting and negotiating a wide variety of complex commercial agreements with a large national or regional law firm or leading corporation. Excellent communication, project management, organization and multi-tasking skills. A passion for both the in-house practice of law and the home entertainment industry. Energy, resourcefulness and a demonstrated desire to achieve.
